Universal sports hall 20 × 20 m
Stage 2: a simple timber glulam hangar 20 × 20 × 8 m with exposed glued-laminated trusses. One universal court with markings for several sports. Changing rooms and showers stay in the main building, so the hall is as self-contained as possible — a playing zone only.

Structure and court
Glulam trusses with a king post and diagonal braces, exposed pale pine, gable roof. Eaves ~5 m, ridge ~8 m.
One playing zone with a different colour of marking for each sport — volleyball, tennis, futsal/basketball. The lines don't get confused.
Steel sleeves concreted into the ground for nets and posts, capped flush with the floor — the court can be set lengthways or crossways.
Sport linoleum or poured polyurethane (Taraflex type) — it holds the markings, the sleeves and several sports.
Basketball backboards on the wall or on wheels, portable futsal goals — nothing fixed on the court.
Two rows along the side, with an equipment corner next to them.
Changing rooms and showers stay in the main building — this hall is for playing only. An emergency exit is mandatory regardless of everything else.
A separate building, not an extension — machinery and maintenance. Size and position to be confirmed.
