A 110 m² gym with an annex for changing rooms and showers, a 75 m² studio and three cabins. Active construction — paths, terraces and grounds.
Stage 2
Universal sports hall 20 × 20 m
A timber glulam hangar 20 × 20 × 8 m, one court with changeable markings. Architecture is already starting.
Stage 3
SPA ēka 56 × 18 m un dīķis
One barn, 948 m² net — spa, restaurant/event hall and offices. Visualisations plus a pond for swimming and outdoor water activities.
