What sits on which side
Two wet zones, the pool hall, a hot tub and an outdoor pool, south terrace looking out over the fields.
The bar sits by the main corridor and the restaurant opens into an event hall — for camps, competitions and celebrations.
Offices and kitchen on the north side, main entrance in the middle — staff flow never crosses spa guests.
A separate delivery and waste route from the north — deliveries never pass through guest areas.
One volume under one roof — functions can be rearranged, and the building works differently on weekdays and weekends.
Outdoor water activities
Stage 3 starts together with digging the pond — for swimming and outdoor water activities, much like the wakepark in Mārupe. The spa building and the pond work together: the indoor pool in winter, the pond in summer.
